Summary: Post Wilson's Heart, Wilson is having a difficult time coming to terms with what has happened, and finds it impossible to forgive. All he can think about is revenge. House is willing to do *anything* to salvage his friendship. This proves to be a recipe for disaster for both, but especially for House, as their friendship devolves into a spiral of abuse. Will Cuddy figure out what's going on in time to save House from Wilson, and Wilson from himself?
